Up for sale is a serial version of HP Tuners. You cannot add credits. It is unlocked to tune all 1999 F-bodies and all 2002 F-bodies. Included is the interface and cables, original software disk and a USB drive with the software updates as received when this interface was supported. Works great. If your laptop/pc does not have a serial port, you can buy an inexpensive USB to serial adapter.
