The tuner has the most recent updates and what you see in the picture is exactly what you get. I can take a picture to show this is unlocked when someone is interested/prior to payment. I dont want to remove my tune yet because I hate having CAGS on... but as soon as anyone requests an unlocked picture I will get one asap. I do not expect anyone to buy this without first seeing the unlocked picture.
