Well, I bought a complete motor the other day from a guy who said that all was wrong with it was a burnt valve. This evening as I tore it apart, I noticed water pour out of a couple intake ports and had me concerned. As I continued and got the heads off, I noticed a fairly good amount of rust inside the cylinder wall. So, now it has turned into a part out instead. It's a complete motor minus Harness, starter, alternator and injectors. Let me know what you need and feel free to make an offer. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at 717-377-6983. you got the stock unmolested MAF? how many miles on it? and how much?

 

what all can you see wrong with the short block? I need to find one to replace mine if I dont get it resleeved and dont want another one that has teh same issues.

Will you put it on a pallet and ship the rest of it? I'm looking for an engine for rebuilding.

 

I don't have the MAF, and the shortblock had water laying in a couple cylinders and they're rusted. The pistons are junk, but the crank looks to be in pretty good shape. Yes it will be on a pallet.

 

Do you have heads for it? How much for the whole deal?

 

any power steering pump by any chance? if so first dibs

who did the porting on the throttle body?

will there be any problem bolting this up to an LS6 intake?

 

I did it myself and it was on the LS6 intake that I'm selling here, so it will work fine.
