Cam is in good condition bought it used. Good sleeper cam for 5.7 and up works really well in a 5.3 as well. Same specs as mti b1 cam. Ran the cam for about 3k miles in 5.3 but has to much lope for my likings. I will take trades for a smaller grind. gt23 or so maybe or sleeper cam for 5.3
