I have been informed that this is not a GTO shifter, but actually one for a F-body that somebody had installed without changing the cup/offset lever.
How about $65 shipped?

I was thinking the same thing, but it had the longer shift cup and I double checked all the #'s on the transmission. The tranny is definitely a M12 T-56... Did Hurst make an aftermarket one for the GTO?

Thanks for the info! So.... anybody need a CAMARO shifter? lol
I just can't figure out what this shifter was doing on this transmission!
How was it working? Here is a pic of the shifter cup, which is definitely a GTO cup right? Could that be why there is a little wear on the base by the pivot ball?
I just can't figure out what this shifter was doing on this transmission!

Also... I tried to get it in the pictures, but it didn't come out so well. Looks like the previous owner ground on the plate a little so it would have the travel to work on the GTO transmission with out changing the offset lever. I don't believe it is any reason to be concerned (I would use it) but I wanted to make everybody interested aware.
