What's the ratings on silver and yellow springs for the 243/799s? Thanks and also roughly how many miles on the 243s?

Silver springs are ~.560 and yellows are ~.575.

Alll the heads are low mile and satisfaction is guarantied.

Sorry, no spare valves- you can get them from GM or aftermarket

Bruce I just got the heads in and they great and look brand new!!! Thanks next stop is to the machinists to get worked on. Ttt for this its a great deal and very nicely packaged
