Default Mid pipe with cats out of l92 caddy escalade

I have this mid pipe out of a 08 l92 cadilac escalade with cats. The inlets are 2.5" and the outlet is a 3", basically a y pipe. This would b perfect for a truck project. I'm gonna sell cuts the cats off and sell them unless someone wants to buy this for $150. I'm in Cali, less than 8k miles on parts.
