I have a Liberty Proshifted T56 that has approximately 60 passes on it. It is in need of a rebuild as it does pop out of 4th gear. You may be able to pull apart and debur it. (I did this with my other proshifted T56 and got another 50 passes out of it). It has no 5th or 6th gear (race car), but these could be added back if you wished too. Steel 3/4 shift fork installed.

This is my spare T56 and just sitting on the shelf collecting dust.

what kind of power can this hold?

Not sure on power, but this transmission has gone high 9s @136mph with no issues.
