$400 is about the best I can do. You can keep the intake too. Leave me the longblock, valley cover, timing cover, and exhaust manifolds and I'm good. I'd go another $50 for the stock Y pipe, if it has one.

EDIT: Sorry, just saw up at the top where it says that it's been swapped to an LS1 intake. My bad, free bump.
