Let me start by saying, I can ship it however you want.
But the fender is too large to ship by inexpensive services like USPS parcel post, so the next best option is something like UPS or FedEX unless there is some other service that I am unaware of.
So to get to the point, the lowest it could be is about $80 (possibly $130+), but it would really depend on how large the final box would need to be.
I am willing to ship, but considering the high cost, I figure these are most likely a local pick up item.
If you want to check with any other service or online shipping calculators, my zip code is 76207 and the dimensions are roughly 50x30x12.
Or if you know the exact largest dimensions (x,y,z) of the fender, I could give a better quote as I am basing this on taking a quick measurement of my '99 Formula, as the LT1 Fenders are in my storage unit.
