heads were on my 2000 Z28 M6 when I bought it from a dealer. the car has 63k miles now.
cam specs are 224/228 @ .050 581/585 lift 114 lsa and 2* advance. hope this will help answer some of your questions

based on build dates on trans, cam and a few other upgrades that are dated I would estimate there to be about 15K miles on these heads.. but thats just a rough guess could be less or more
