Hi,

If your going to track it that much, I would recommend the Mantic ER2 12" Clutch for you, then you want have to worry about beating on it...The Mantic Clutch will take alot more abuse and it will still drive great on the street...And the best of all is we have them on sale right now through the end of March...Its only $729.99 and it comes with a Steel Billet Flywheel, not a cast flywheel like that comes OEM in the LS cars..

LMK...we only have so many we can sell at this price...

The ls7 clutch kit is the same that is used on the ls3 correct? the part numbers seem to be the same.

I've had mine in my LS2 GTO (512 RWHP / 620 RWTQ race weight of 4200+ lbs) for over 30K miles
gotten over 200 launches on it so far (best 60' of 1.55)

still very streetable *much better than a twin disk

Hey KrautBurner, thanks for the plug in our for sale thread... You should post this in other sections were people bash the LS7 clutch kit as not being able to hold that type of power and especially at the race track...

Thanks again

I have also had awesome luck with the clutch. 2006 GTO race weight 3940 616rwhp/640rwtq best 60' of 1.77 working great! Daily driver mostly but the clutch really holds up in all situations.

Hey Jake,

thats freaking awesome dude, we have had many cars up in the 600rwhp+ that were street cars which the LS7 Clutch held perfectly fine...

But now you are going to need a Mantic 9000 Series Twin Disc, to handle your next HP jump...
