Category: Engine - Power Adders
Price: $5000
Part Fits: 67-92 Chevrolet Camaro

LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine
Starting up front with the hotside:
There are Dynatech stainless longtube headers wrapped in thermowrap and heat coated to help the turbo spool faster.
The headers feed into gutted cats and mandrel bent TIG welded 2.5" stainless tubing, and a stainless dual 2.5 into single 3" merge collector. 3" stainless goes the rest of the way to the T4 flange for the turbo
Before the turbo is a custom dual wastegate system designed to keep boost levels under control for the street with this larger upgraded turbo. There are twin Tial Sport wastegates dumping into a custom twin 1.75 stainless turndown setup that sounds awesome when spooling with light boost.
Also included is a Greddy PRofec B-spec II electronic boost controller
The turbo is a ten month old Turbonetics T74/F1 wheel ball bearing turbo capable of 900+ HP (this turbo cost well over $2000 alone)
Leaving the turbo is a V band stainless exhaust, starting at 3" and expanding to a 4" stainless polished Magnaflow muffler (all TIG welded)
Cold side: leaving the turbo and going back to the engine, is all 3" TIG welded with very little rubber couplers to cut down on boost loss. also included will be T bolt style clamps
12x3x18 Precision core custom sheetmetal intercooler (12x3x25 total size) (this was almost $1000)
Tial V band style blowoff valve
85MM GMS mass airflow sensor
AEM wideband O2 sensor and gauge (will have to splice the connector on the sensor where it was cut)
60 lb/hr Siemens/DEKA injectors
MSD plug wires
STS oil return system
This system was on a 2005 Silverado SS with a 408" engine and stock 317 heads and intake manifold. It made 569 All wheel HP @ 11 PSI and is capable of much more.. It was later returned to stock and traded in. I have had this for a few months and didnt end up getting the truck I planned to install it on, so I'll offer it for sale in case someone wants a disgustingly fast truck. I'm asking $5,000 OBO which is less than half of cost of new with the upgrades.
You can install it on either a standard cab or crew cab by either shortening or lengthening the 2 hot/cold pipes that run down the middle of the truck.
This kit will be sold complete, I'd prefer to keep it all together.
