Stock navigation that will fit 2005 to 2008 with Bose. No antenna and it does have a nav-disc but I am unsure of the year of the nav-disc or if it is East or West. I do know it is the one that has Texas on it and was the newest disc available when I purchased the car in early '09.

The unit is in perfect order and has been sitting in my closet since it was pulled out in June '09. No scratches or blemishes. Works perfect.
