Have a set of 6.0 LQ4 LQ9 317 heads with 50k miles on them, complete, with LS6 valve springs and new seals (both have roughly 5k on them). Nothing wrong with them, bolt them on and go. One thing worth mentioning is one of the coolant ports for a temp sensor has been tapped for NPT pipe threads instead of metric, I can't remember the size off the top of my head.
