I have extremly nice set of 799/243 heads for sale. These heads have less the 10k miles on them. The shortblock that these came from is being purchased and they do not need the heads. There is one 799 and one 243 head, and yes that is the way it came from the factory. Both heads flow the same just differant casting #. $375 shipped
