Complete intake manifold assembly that will fit the 09-11 4.8, 5.3 and other cathedral port style Gen III cylinder heads. It does however take the 09 and up style MAP sensor which is pictured but not included. Brand new part with no damage. Includes the manifold (casting # 25383922, same as Trailblazer SS), 88mm throttle body, big body injectors (12613411), stainless fuel rails, intake gaskets, bolts and more.

Why did u post it will only fit 09-11?or is this a different intake than all other tbss?

If you want a direct fit with no differences this is an 09 and up. The MAP sensor is the main difference but the injectors are different as well but it will bolt to any Gen III heads.
