It is in good working order however it is not 100% like the one you would purchase if you spent the $440 from a dealer. The difference is that this one does not have the entire harness and has been modified by the previous owner to be run on a switch or relay. You could in theory find the rest of the harness from a junk yard. But you cant buy the rest of the harness from GM.
I have included a pic of what the fan would look like if it had the entire harness.
