I have a new helicoil kit M16x2.0 that I bought to use on my crankshaft with stripped threads, but never used it. Kit comes with 21/32" 1/2" chuck drill bit, special tap and helicoil inserts. Paid $100 for everything, asking for $70 shipped(48).
Also have a custom made 6" long M16x2.0 tap made for the LS crankshaft, used once and was able to clean up my threads enough not to have to use a helicoil kit. Paid $126 new, asking $80 shipped(48)
