I heated the pulley in the oven for 30 minutes it went right on with just a breaker bar.
Also includes the drill bit not pictured.

No, the Install tool is a home made kit I bought from a forum member it works great. The pin kit was bought from a forum member who sells these new also. Price includes shipping 
use it once and sell it again.
