Pics of lid and filter. Looks like the lid was lightly sanded and painted black. Seems like an easy thing to clean up and re paint though.

Are you talking about the intake manifold or lid? $40 is too low honestly for either. A lid and K&N would cost easily $150 new. For the prices listed I can include shipping, but thats it.
