parting out running/driving 99 TA LS1 383 500+HP T56 Category: Engine - Complete Motors

I have a 1999 Trans Am clear blue title in my name, registered, inspected, running, driving, perfectly good car but I'm getting nothing but lowball offers. nobody wants to pay much more than blue book, when the engine alone is worth more than blue book, so I'm parting it out. Engine & transmission must sell before I'll let anything else go. That way whoever buys the engine & transmission gets to see it run.
There's 103,500 miles on the odometer, but the engine was rebuilt/modded at 85,000 miles & the transmission was rebuilt/modded at 90,000miles.
The engine is the LS1 aluminum block with aftermarket Eagle stroker kit. I had it built by Automotive Technology in Norfolk, Va. (edcmat-L1 on this forum)
port polished LS6 heads & intake manifold
fast 90mm throttle body
custom headers
Eagle pistons, rods, crank (stroker kit)
borla exhaust
lots of other stuff I can't remember
Had it tuned (speed density tune) at Late Model Racecraft in Houston it on the dyno it got 488RWHP. by my math (10% loss) that's about 545BHP.
Transmission is the Borg Warner/Tremec T-56 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borg-Wa...6_transmission) built by Tick Transmissions in NC. It is rated for up to 700HP. It was a 2000$ build. It has a Pro 5.0 short shifter.
The body is nearly perfect. Its color (from the factory, checked the color code) is Medium Blue Metallic (referred to as MBM) which is a factory GM color, usually used on Corvettes. It was only ever sprayed on firebirds in 1999 and rumored to be less than 200 made that year in that color. Will probably a collector car if not already.
Interior is good. T-tops don't leak. carpet is worn. aftermarket CD player, but I have the factory monsoon stereo in the trunk.
I have never had it to the track because it still has the factory 10-bolt rear end. I was waiting until I could get a better rear end before I ran the 1/4 mile.
price listed is for the engine/clutch/transmission/ECU. When that sells, I will relist the chasis & parts for a different price.

im in love with this car.. unfortunatly its about 3 mos too soon and im kinda sick to my stomach thinking about it!! i wish i could say glws but i dont want u to sell it lol so free bump! but i am willing to buy the car - motor and trans make sure i am first when the motor trans sells

Lol I wish u tell ur wife your getting a loan for a car u already have 2 of on top of a 5th gen. Lol. I will buy it rolling with interior in tact. I have a 6guy speed and a motor need harness also if possible

Ok guys, whoever was waiting for word back on the parts you requested; I have made a sale agreement and received a deposit for the whole car, so it is off the market. I will not be parting it out. Thanks and sorry if I wasted anybody's time.
