price is NOT negotiable and i am perfectly fine keeping the wheels. TIRES ARE NOT INCLUDED BUT I CAN INCLUDE FRONTS (165r15s radials not the hoosiers pictured) FOR AN EXTRA $125 (they are brand new never ran) rears are 10 pass MT 28x11 drags and will include them for another $250.
