Through flowbench testing results on the last set I ported, this set should easily flow 270-275cfm on the intake. The exhaust port design I kept very similar with some improvements which flowed 193cfm on the last set, would expect about 195cfm now .(numbers at 28" and 0.650 lift)
Opened and blended seats to bowl on intake/exhaust ports (matched all diameters to within +/- 3 thousandths)
Narrowed, shaped, blended intake/exhaust valve guide bosses.
Completely removed intake rocker bolt hump.
D shaped exhaust port exit (matched diameters within +/- 3 thousandths).
Intake/exhaust runner walls and floor only sanded to keep air velocity high.
Sanded runners (80grit>180grit>220grit)
