only takes about 30 seconds to bypass vats and bust the ignition lock out. then you can turn it with a socket extension to start it. Only reason i know is because this is how my car was stolen. Good luck bro..im along ways away. But id know that car if i saw it.

That's total bs I hate people like that. I'm in san Carlos an my mustang got stolen at carlmont high school. Pisses me off to this day, sorry to hear man. Mine was found stripped next morning in redwood city.

Damn thats horrible...Sadly that poor SS is probly been parted out by now. This reminds me of the guy that had his GTO stolen in chicago with an unmarked tow truck. Its sad that our cars can be easily broken into...i feel sorry for you guys that live in big cities where car theft is common, here in my lil kansas town the worst that can happen is your radio gets stolen or you get your car vandalized. Hope you get her back though man that must really suck.

I had an alarm put on mine, its got backup batteries, fake wires, motion sensor and a two way alarm so it tells me when someone is too close to my car. Annoying at times but I would be so pissed if someone tried to take it. Hope you find your car.

Man, sorry to hear about your loss. Unfortunately this has happened a number of times on my v8buick.com board.
And the thieves are getting smarter. They'll take that car from CA, strip it, take the parts to Iowa or Minnesota, then put the stuff on Craigslist. Good luck. Hope you get it back.
