I bought this for my 98 TA but decided to do something a little different. It has been sitting in my garage for over a year, but I've never used it. I think I paid like $35 for it. $20 takes it.

It is the full a-pillar that goes over your factory one. Does not replace the factory one, but covers the majority of the factory one.
