I'm looking for a 700r4/4l60 for my 89 T/A I'm building for the track/street. Motor will be ~650-700hp.. When I look online at the TCI website it states the Super Street Fighter is capable of up to 1000hp. Currently have a built 700r4 in the car. If yours is setup to run of the computer, I'll probably need some kit for converting that or running it separate. Just not that familiar with going to a 4l60e. Also, tail housings vary with make and models and need to check to see if my bmr tq arm/spohn trans mount setup would work...so I'd need to check on that as well. I live in ALA (HSV).. PTC is a good outfit and they can very well tell me/us if this is doable.
