I have a new Modular Turbo turbocharger hotside for 98-02 Fbody. It is flanged for a vband Tial 44mm wastegate. It uses the flipped "truck manifolds", and as with most truck manifold kits, it does not retain AC. It does however keep the stock radiator and puller fans, which will save you several hundred dollars and keep you from hacking up your car vs the "vertical radiator" mod that is common with some turbo setups. This includes everything you'd get when ordered from Modular Turbo, including the 3" vband for turbo (3" downpipe), replacement motor mount for the passenger side, etc.
