The circle d for an ls1 fbody? I wonder if it will work in my 05 gto an how high/low it will stall...

It should work, but for confirmation you could call Chris at Circle D. It will act the same as advertised in an f-body: 3200 stall that drives tight around town and is a great budget converter. It will flash stall to ~3200. Let me know if you have any more questions.
