i have a center console off a 99 z28 comes with what you see, i will also include the cig lighter, it has a couple scratches from where the seatbelt would rub against but normal for these, the ash tray cover is ther but the inside ashtray is missing.

Do you know if they sell the passenger side cup holders that swing out ? mine broke off and i understand that you would pop that off for $30 haha.
