This kit is 100 percent complete? Is there anything else AT ALL that I will need? Would this kit work well with a stock motor? Will I need a tune?

Sorry for so many questions. I'm a noob but it seems like a really good deal for some cheap good power so I'm very interested as long as setting up and running the kit won't be a mission.
