Here is the history of the arms:
One complete set of front and rear control arms (8) with VBP polyurethane bushings installed. The arms themselves are from a 99 w/38k miles on it and are in good condition with good ball joints. The bushings have 8 months/7000 miles use and are in very good condition. If you want to do poly it is much easier to change the control arms and sell your old ones than to change the bushings themselves
