I don't have the adjustment **** fr the BAP because I had it set to always be at max voltage which doesn't hurt anything. Other than that it comes with everything. It's the 20amp btw

Well the water pump & dashawk were suppose to be sold.

Paid on the 4th items were suppose to show up Wednesday 13th I guess if it takes that long to ship someone out parts (from NJ to IL). Apparently USPS lost them however, was never given a tracking or conformation # always had an excuse as to why he didn't have the # for me which was requested in the paypal subject line.

Then I was told via text message (yes I have a phone # surprisingly for someone who has ripped me off) I was refunded my money on the 17th, again no money! He thought since it was Sunday that paypal wasnt working, so we're at strike 2 here.

Suppose to call Paypal on the 18th to resolve Sunday refund issue. Now just silence.

I've filed a claim with paypal already for no goods and apparently have to wait til the 27th for reply back to my claim, but now it's awfully quiet on the other end now.

I have been VERY patient and given MORE than enough time.

Buyer beware!!!

Told ALL ULL C that I would sell him my dashawk and water pump for 175 shipped + PAYPAL FEES. He sends me just 175 no paypal fees. I don't say anything because I'm not gonna be a dick over like 6 bucs or whatever even though I MADE IT VERY CLEAR it was plus pay pal fees. I ship it out USPS flat rate(admit-tingly later than I should) and never really paid attention to the confirmation slip because the post office almost never loses ****. He hits me up like a week or two later(mind you flat rate stuff takes like 2-3 business days so I've moved on thought everything was cool) saying still nothing and that he wants a refund. I go out of my way give him my cell phone number to contact me directly because I know how it is to PM someone and get no response. He texts me I TEXT HIM RIGHT BACK. I tell him I can't refund him money until I file a lost claim with the post office or I have my stuff back. He keeps hitting me up I KEEP RESPONDING until it gets to the point that I'm like this isn't worth it and I agree to give him a refund. Seeing how I should have filed a claim got my money then gave him a refund because I wasn't the one who lost the package I say I'll wait till pay day and pay the guy back keep it honest. Well that wasn't good enough he files a paypal claim and tells me afterwards. I got paid deposited my check into my account and as soon as it cleared I clicked refund full amount. So I kept communication open by going above and beyond giving him my cell phone number. Refunded him money without my parts or lost product refund from the shipping company and I'm the bad guy......really?

Allright I'll play, there are always 3 sides they say to a story, but fact is in the case there are only 2 sides. Sean here is every single correspondence between us, ready:

Through PM...

Me
02-02-2013, 07:24 PM - Do you still have these? Is the 2010 pump for a Camaro correct? Dashhawk work fine no issues?

Sean
02-04-2013, 04:48 AM - Yup 2010 camar. Water pump and dashawk works just like new no issues

Me
02-04-2013, 01:37 PM - Paypal address?

Sean
02-04-2013, 02:52 PM - (paypal address here) make sure to include paypal fees

(I admit I missed it, and would have sent the $5.25)

Me
02-04-2013, 07:25 PM - $$$ sent. Please send me a tracking # when shipped. Thanks

Sean
02-04-2013, 07:53 PM - No prob man. Thanks and enjoy

Start noticing the dates here now!

Me
02-07-2013, 09:32 PM - Do you have an ETA on shipping?

Me
02-11-2013, 10:07 PM - Need some type of confirmation on shipping here? Been long enough with no response back. Thanks

Sean
02-12-2013, 08:16 AM - **** my bad bud I thought I sent the tracking info already. I will try and get it to you tonight but I'm out of town so worse case I will send the tracking info tomorrow mourning. They said it should be there by weds they told me. Idk why so long but that's what they said. My number is (phone # here) text me cause I don't come on here much

Me
02-13-2013, 09:55 PM - Allright, no package and no tracking #. Sorry man but if I don't get a tracking # and carrier by tomorrow I would like a refund. Thanks

Notice the time frame again

02/21/13

Thread had been updated to warn others and finally got his attention I guess.

02/21/13 continued...

And now I'm the bad guy...

So Sean do you disagree? Regardless I am done with this thread, good luck.

BTW, He refunded me my money this AM so future buyers think what you want but I covered my *** in this deal just like any other transaction over the past 20 years that I've done. Unfortunately this is the first one that has de-railed, not a bad run I guess.

Listen man I don't blame you for covering your *** you have to but for you to make me out to be a crook when I kept in contact with you threw text and then didn't respond for a day or two(which btw it was my bday as you can look on my profile and see and I wasn't in twon) . I issued the refund in what I thought was a fair amount of time considering I STILL have no parts or refund from the shipping company in this case the post office for losing the package.
