Had a 20 minute conversation with the OP about this today. As stated I believe this was more negligence than trying to screw someone.
I would appreciate if all conversation stayed between MYSELF and the OP going forward as we get this resolved. I will be editing buyer feedbacks etc as this progresses.
I don't believe someone has 50+ positive transactions and then blatently screws someone; and I did receieve what was pictured.
SO. That being said hopefully I can get along with a nominal amount of monetary loss and get this cleaned up.

OP has refunded my money! It's hard to find other honest, moral people online, but Kalob (OP) is one of them. Unfortunately we had to go through the process of making sure neither one of us was trying to screw the other; but I'm glad it was resolved as it was. For the small loss in shipping etc, I gained trust and some faith back in humanity and the true GOOD sellers here.
In turn, I'm glad things went the way they did. I ended up returning a bunch of parts in frustration and uncertainty of funds, offed the WS6 and picked up what I had wanted in the first place, a Corvette. Now I can work from a clean slate!
