PICS? PART NUMBERS?
Any additional info will help. I am looking for a small converter but 2000 sounds almost stockish to me. A Trailblazer converter will give a 4.8 2400-2600 and a 5.3 2600-2800. Please elaborate.

I want to say the stock converter in my truck was 1200 stall factory. The TB is higher but I don't know how high it is might be 1800.This is just a factory sized converter with a 2000- 2200 but more to the 2000 side stall that circle d makes. i had a small cam so not much was needed. I'll try to take some pic's tonight and post them in the morning. Or of you pm me your number I can text them to you. I don't remember what the product number was. If I'm not mistaken Circle d has changed them on there web site.

I understood 1600 - 1800 was stock for 4th gen F-bodies.

it might be in a F-body, this one was in a z71 truck lifted with 4.88 gears and a cam in an 5.3.. It flashed at 2000 via how it was build and by what tuner told me after driving it around for ever and a day. dead stop I would hit gas, tac would hit 2000-2100 and then off I would go.
