The "generic" OBD2 scanner(model BR-3) can be found here:

At the time of this writing, the site is not showing up. The software to use it is downloadable from that site.
For both, I will include a USB flash drive that will have the latest Jet DST software and the OBD2 software. I also have a print out for the OBD2 scanner of the front page.
To use either, you will need a USB to serial cable. I would recommend spending money on a quality one.
