FYI, this pan will probably also work for anybody putting an LS into a 540i chassis E39 or E34. Mine looked extremely similar.

Also, don't the 240SX guys use a modified front sump as well?

the 240 you can cut the crossmember and use a stock pan unmodified, but this looks like you could use it without cutting the crossmember.
