this is the rare SLP option blackwing lid with the intake air temp sensor and the rubber flare attachment that connects to the MAF (everything in the pictures except for the floor - which is negotiable). it is in great condition with the exception of a small crack on the underside edge. i got it this way many years ago and never had issues and the crack never grew. the lid is a solid OEM part and i never felt the need to repair it since it was not leaking.
as a result, regardless of this being a rare part that you simply cannot find anywhere, i have decided to sell it for less than its $8,000,000,000 value. you can get an 8 billion dollar lid for $300 shipped.

i'd keep this lid if not for my larger diameter setup.
