Wow, It seems like a terrible idea to sell as a collection of parts... As someone who has bought/sold a high-end build, the type of people that can afford a build like this, are not willing to alter their plans for a deal.. Also, most would have a hard time forking over such a large chunk at once, and would rather spend a few grand here and there... I was able to recoupe 90% of my investment by parting out at a much smaller scale. This is just my humble opinion though..
