Depends on the miles and what it is...
6.0<100k longblock probably $900, shortblock $750.
$100 less for every 20k after that.
5.3<100k longblock $700, shortblock $500.
It might sound low, but I am going to assume (and its probably a very safe assumption) that any engine someone trades me from this board has been dogged pretty good.
If my price sounds high, make me an offer, the worst I could say is now.
Also interested in a plasma cutter or tig for partial trade...

Maybe pm me and see if there's something you would want to work out. The motor had 0 miles on it when I got it from a fresh rebuild, just new cam rod and main bearing, arp rod bolts and new rings. The heads have prc dual springs, 7.425 hardened pushrods, melling hv pump custom cam and an ls2 chain. I have at best 10k miles on it since then as my car is trailered anywhere of distance and has had about 6 bottles through it just a 100 shot. I'd have to have more than 900 as I have almost that in valve train and cam alone.
