I recently bought my P1SC1 head unit used, and it had this cog pulley installed on it. I'm going 6-rib, so obviously I can't use it for anything (I'm actually not sure if an F-Body CAN go cogged.)
Hopefully, someone on here will have a use for it though!
I did a little digging, and couldn't find any cog pulleys on Bob's (Brutespeed.com) site that looked like it within the Procharger section. There are no part numbers on it anywhere either, so I don't know who made it...All I DO know is that it was previously used on a Procharger P1SC1 head unit.
Now for the good news...I'm a machinist by trade, so I was able to disassemble it and get some technical measurements. Below are all the pertinent dimensions that I found from inspecting it.
Cog Dimensions
Number of Cogs = 27(teeth)
Major Diameter Across Cogs = 2.650"
Minor Diameter Across Root of Cogs = 2.400"
Cog "Root" Profile = .093" Radial Troughs
Profile Dimensions
Flange Diameters = 3.550"
Driveshaft Bore = .875" with key drive x 1.430" Deep
Overall Length = 2.097"
Cog Drive Width = 1.260"
Length Across Flanges (Assembled) = 1.660"
Flange Thickness = .200" (Each)
"Back Boss" = 1.200" x .437" Long
Flange Inside Taper Angles = 10 Degrees Per Side
Concentricity of All Diameters = .0035" TIR (Verified on Lathe)
Total Axial Runout of All "Core" Faces = .002" TIR (Verified on Lathe)
Total Axial Runout of Flanges = .004" TIR
I would describe the condition of the cog as functionally great, and aesthetically fair. All the cog teeth are uniform, and everything "runs" true together, but there is some expected wear on the anodized finish in places.
Price is $45. Includes Paypal Fees and UPS Ground Shipping to Anywhere in the Lower 48!
Note: Even if you're not buying it, if anyone has any factual information on this pulley, please post it!
