Ive got a GM Performance Carb Intake that I will not be using. Its in good condition, and has maybe 20 miles on it, friend had it on a turbo car he couldn't get running right.... ended up parting it all out. $350 shipped

Similar to a Edelbrock Victor / Victor Jr

Looks like it has injector holes, sure it's not a efi?

Yes you are correct, it is EFI. They call it a carb style intake.

Closeup pic of injector bosses? Were they professionally drilled/milled? Diameter and angle?

How has the manifold been coated?

Long shot, did this ever sell? I have one I want to put injection into... but this would be easier.
