Hand ported 799 heads with stock valves and spring.. flow 313intake 221 exhaust @.600 with stock diameter valve seats and cuts heads have not been milled but need to be.. Asking 750 or 600 with a swap for you cores.. Im in San Jose California

What # cores we talkin? 241's, cause last time I checked they werent $150 a set.

 

I get them at 150 a set for 799 250 for 243 heads I have four sets of 243 and 799 heads..

No not selling core heads sorry. Buy the time you get core heads shipped to you it's 350 plus and a valve job and surfacing your into the 600 dollar range anyway..

These things are cheap anyway the heads I do for work on most engines 6 cylinder turbo charged 935 motors the valves alone are 3000..

 

These are beautiful, but that trader rating.... Do you have a website? I have some 241 heads sitting here, will you take those a cores?

Yes valve job is included.. I work for what some consider to be one of the best Engine shops in the world in sports car racing.. I port these ls cylinder heads on the side after work to fund my race car and motorcycle projects. I mostly sell my cylinder heads locally and usually sell within a week or so. I don't advertise I don't have a site.. I post them here on ls1tech but most people are looking for free stuff and so I mostly ignore the pms I have posted videos on how to do cylinder heads if youd like to try it for yourself...

 

would the price drop if I didn't want the valves or springs?

 

They look good. Good peak flow numbers as well.

 

Im interested in the heads are they ready to bolt on or do they need any prep work? Why do you recommend them to be milled? And what's the cc

This is the second set I have seen him sell. I know he doesn't have a trader rating, but maybe he sold the last set here and someone didn't update trader rating? I can't vouch for him as far as buying, but I did inquire a lot, and still want to buy, and he was super nice, and was very willing to supply info. For the $, I will be contacting him as soon as I figure out my project. (has changed multiple times, and now back to beginning)

Sorry for the delayed response in here.. Been busy at my real job pretty much living in our dyno room for the last 3 weeks.. lol.. THIS SET OF HEADS HAS BEEN SOLD.. I do have 2 more sets ready to go 1 set of 799 heads and 1 set of 243 heads. these will be the last 2 sets I will probably do for the ls engine I almost give them away by the time I am done with them.. And I'd really like to focus more on the Porsche stuff for a while..
