558-308 power harness (amazon $54.00)
Either a 558-102 for ls1 24x or 558-103 for ls2 58x (amazon $345.00)

I am not sure. I use the Holley Bosch sensor.

Yes it is the latest upgrade. The disc, cord, and mounting hardware are all included.
