It will come with the stock APS Turbos and everything that APS would send you from their factory. It may have a bolt or two missing, but all of the major parts are there.
The reason I'm selling it is because I have a 416 Stroker and the turbos are are too small to efficiently work with my engine. In order for me to install the kit on my car, I'd either have to pay an extra $5000 to buy upgraded DKT turbos or another $5000ish to step down to a smaller displacement engine. I'd rather not do either so I think my 500 rwhp will be just fine for now.
