These came out of an LS4 with 105k miles that had DOD lifter failure. Engine still ran/drove fine but had a valvetrain tick. They are exactly as pulled from the LS4. Piston skirts show wear appropriate for a 100k mile engine, all wrist pins rotate freely in the piston and rod like they should, all rings are in place and look good, and all bearing caps are on the correct rod.
