below are the parts I was going to build another engine with. below is an exact list. Its almost everything u need to build a 402CI stroker with an LS3 top end. The parts below should give you roughly a 10.5:1 compression ratio
1 used ls3 intake manifold bare
1 used take out ls2 block
1 new comp timing chain
1 used rear engine block cover
1 unused set of PRC texas speed CNC LS3 heads with stainless hollow stem intake valves and .650 lift spring kit with TI retainers
A new set of wiseco -8cc dish pistons for a 4in stroke with rings
A new set of lunati H-beam rods with arp2000 rod bolts
A new lunati 4in stroke crank with a 24T reluctor wheel
1 new set of ARP head bolts
1 used ls2 valley tray cover
1 new set of ARP main studs ( not pictured)
Stock ls3 rockers
An idea of what u need to build/finish it below
machine work, lifters, bearings, camshaft, pushrods, gaskets, front cover and all your accessories and maybe some other odds and ends
below is a photo of what texas speed would sell an assembled short block and these heads for with none of the extras listed or shipping costs. in my opinion Depending on your machine shop you should be able to finish this engine for less then the price pictured below for just an assembled short block and heads. If local we have twisted minds racing who can do this for you.
I have approximately $6k into the parts. I will sell for $5400 cash on pick up.

If you are looking for a slightly cheaper option I can swap out the PRC heads with a set of 1k take off ls3 crate heads and a used set of patriot dual valve springs and TI retainers and take another $700 off my cash price. That would drop the compression ratio to roughly 10.0 (doing the math in my head)

Ken, i just spoke to you if separate some stuff from and sell me Ls3 top end complete. This is going on my LQ9 416 n/a with Ls3 top end, on my 01 z06.

LS2 drive by wire TB 90mm (silver blade)
EV1 injector adapter

if you sold heads than i will buy complete intake manifold from you....
