As you can see in the pictures the base is cracked and a couple of the vacuum nipples have been removed.
I am sure that someone can repair the base if they took the time to take it apart and apply the correct epoxy. I do not have the time these days. This intake got our LS2 well into the 10's.
I am asking $375.00 OBO
