I have a complete Time-Sert 16mm x 2.0 thread repair kit. I used this to repair the threads on my LS1 crank while the engine was still in the car and it worked wonderfully. Kit is $200 new from Amazon not including shipping. Also included is a 29/32" drill bit needed to clearance the crank for the counter-sink bit in the kit. Kit comes with 5 Time-Serts new and I've only used one. Extra drill bit was $25 so everything new was $225 not counting shipping and tax.
