I am listing a set of HRE 540R wheels up for sale. The ‘R’ denotes that the wheels have reverse lips, making the wheels themselves look bigger, as they accommodate larger faces.
These were originally manufactured for a 2005+ C6 ‘narrowbody’ Corvette (non-Z06), but the rears have been rehooped: please be sure to check the size and offsets for your specific application.
Front: 18x8.5 +48
Rear: 19x8.5 +56
I do have a pair of 19x3" hoops that I could either install or include in the sale. This would make the rear wheels 19x10". In terms of how far out these wheels would stick in relation to the fender, it would be identical (+/- 0.3mm) to an OEM C4 17x11 +50mm wheel.
From a structural standpoint these wheels are in excellent condition: there are no bends, no kinks, and no cracks. They are solid wheels. On an appearance standpoint, the wheels are not perfect. The faces have some marks – if the new owner wishes for them to be perfect, the solution would be to paint or powdercoat the faces. The lips of the wheels, however are in excellent shape – they were just sent out to be professionally polished and have no miles on them since the polish.
These would be great for someone looking to re-hoop the rear wheels for an aggressive application for a C5 or C6 Corvette, or a 1993+ Camaro or Trans Am.
The wheels are already boxed and ready to ship out. They will be shipped via UPS and insured to ensure the new owner receives the wheels exactly how they are advertised.

You're right. The rears are narrow.
I have a pair of 19x3 outer hoops that would work with these wheels. I'm happy to even rehoop the wheels for the new owner.
The 3" rear lips would create a 19x10 +37 rear wheel. These would then fit (in relation to the rear fender) the same as a 17x11 +50 C4 ZR1 wheel.
The fitment would be like this on the rear:
